By filling in the form for joining the Society, the user authorizes this application to use the provided data for joining the Society and for the purpose of storing the data in the list of members as defined by the Statute of the Society and the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

This type of service allows you to view content hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of this application and interact with them. This type of service may still collect web traffic data for the pages where the service is installed, even when users do not use it.

Google Fonts is a font visualization service provided by Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited, depending on the location from which this application is accessed, which allows this application to include such content on its pages.

Types of collected data
Among the types of personal data that this application collects by itself or through third parties are: usage data; answers to questions, e-mail address, first name, last name, subject, text of message. Complete details on each type of personal data collected are provided in the dedicated sections of this privacy policy or by specific explanation texts displayed prior to data collection.
The user may freely provide personal data or, in the case of usage data, it may be collected automatically when using this application. Unless otherwise specified, all data requested by this application is mandatory and failure to provide this data may make it impossible for this application to provide its services. In cases where this application specifically states that some data is not mandatory, users are free not to communicate this data without consequences for the availability or functioning of the service. Users who are unsure which personal data is mandatory may contact the owner. Any use of cookies, or other tracking tools, by this application or the owners of third-party services used by this application serves the purpose of providing the service requested by the user, in addition to any other purposes described in this document and in the cookie policy, if available.
Users are responsible for any personal data of third parties obtained, published or shared through this application and confirm that they have the consent of the third party to provide the data to the owner.
Processing methods
The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or unauthorized destruction of data. Data processing is carried out using computers and/or tools enabled with information technology, following organizational procedures and methods strictly related to the indicated purposes.
In addition to the Owner, in some cases the data may be accessible to certain types of responsible persons involved in the operation of this application (administration, sales, marketing, legal affairs, system administration) or to external parties (such as technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) appointed by the Owner as data processors, as appropriate. An updated list of these parties can be requested from the Owner at any time.
Legal basis for processing
The Owner may process personal data relating to users if one of the following applies:
• Users have given consent for one or more specific purposes.
Note: Under some laws, the Owner may be allowed to process personal data until the user objects to such processing ("opt-out"), without the need to rely on consent or any of the following legal grounds. This does not apply, however, whenever the processing of personal data is subject to European data protection law;
• The provision of data is necessary for the performance of a contract with the user and/or for any of its pre-contractual obligations;
• The processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Owner is subject;
• The processing relates to a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Owner;
• The processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner or a third party.
In any case, the Owner will be happy to help clarify the specific legal basis applicable to the processing; especially whether the provision of Personal Data is a legal or contractual requirement or is necessary for the conclusion of a contract.
Location
The Data is processed at the Owner's offices and at any other location where the parties involved in the processing are located.
Depending on the location of the User, the transfer of data may involve the transfer of the User's data to a country other than their own. To learn more about the place of processing of such transferred data, Users can check the section containing details on the processing of personal data.
Users also have the right to learn about the legal basis for the transfer of Data to a country outside the European Union or to any international organization based on public international law or established by two or more states, such as the UN, and about the security measures taken by the Owner to protect their data.

Retention period
Personal data are processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose for which they were collected. Therefore:
• Personal data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User will be kept until such contract has been fully performed;
• Personal data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill those purposes. Users can find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.
The Owner may be allowed to retain personal data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, until such consent is withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period whenever necessary to comply with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
After the expiry of the retention period, the personal data are deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be exercised after the expiry of the retention period.
Purpose of processing
Data concerning users is collected to enable the Owner to provide the service, comply with its legal obligations, respond to enforcement requests, protect its rights and interests (or those of its users or third parties), detect any malicious or fraudulent activity, as well as the following: displaying content from external platforms, hosting and backend infrastructure, and contacting Users.

This document informs Users about the technologies that help this application achieve the purposes described below. Such technologies allow the Owner to access and store information (for example by using cookies) or use resources (for example by running a script) on a User’s device when interacting with this Application.
For simplicity, all such technologies are defined as “trackers” in this document – unless there is a reason to differentiate. For example, although cookies can be used on both web and mobile browsers, it would be inaccurate to refer to cookies in the context of mobile applications because cookies are browser-based trackers. For this reason, within this document the term cookies is only used where it specifically refers to that particular type of tracking technology.

This application uses trackers managed directly by the Owner (so-called first-party trackers) and trackers that enable services provided by third parties (so-called third-party trackers).

The validity and expiration periods of cookies and other similar tracking tools may vary depending on the duration set by the Owner or the relevant service provider. Some of them expire at the end of the User’s browsing session.
In addition to what is specified in the descriptions of each category listed below, Users may find more precise and updated information regarding lifetime specifications, as well as any other relevant information (such as the presence of additional Trackers) in the privacy policies of the respective third-party providers or by contacting the Owner.
How to Manage Preferences and Provide or Withdraw Consent
There are various ways to manage tracker-related preferences and to provide or withdraw consent, where relevant.
Users can manage tracker settings directly within their own device settings, for example by preventing the use or storage of trackers.
Furthermore, whenever the use of trackers is based on consent, Users can provide or withdraw such consent by setting their preferences in the cookie notice or by updating those preferences through the relevant consent settings widget, if available.
It is also possible, through the relevant browser or device features, to delete previously stored Trackers, including those used to remember the User’s initial consent.
Other trackers stored in the browser’s local memory may be removed by deleting the browsing history.
With regard to any third-party trackers, Users may manage their preferences and withdraw consent via the relevant opt-out link (if provided), using the means indicated in the third-party privacy policy or by contacting the third party.
